Privacy Policy

DatumBlocks ("we", "us") is building structural design and analysis software, currently a private preview in development. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

Data we collect

Today this site collects only what you send us: the name, email address and message you submit through the contact form, and the email address you give to the newsletter. When the preview opens, that will extend to account information and the structural model data you choose to upload or connect, and this policy will be updated before it does.

Where data is stored

Our own infrastructure is in Google Cloud in the australia-southeast1 (Sydney) region, and any structural model data will be stored there. Form submissions do not stay only there: contact messages and newsletter addresses are sent through Resend, our email provider, and contact messages are delivered to a company mailbox — so those providers process and retain them under their own terms. We do not sell your data.
