Terms of Service

DatumBlocks is a private preview in development. There is no service to subscribe to today, and these terms cover use of this website and any preview access we grant. Where software is provided, it assists structural engineers; you remain responsible for the engineering judgment and sign-off on any design.

Use of the service

You may use anything we make available to you for lawful structural engineering work, on the terms we agree with you at the time. You must not misuse, reverse-engineer, or resell it.

No warranty of fitness

Outputs are design aids, not a substitute for a licensed engineer's review. They are analysis output for engineering review and carry no compliance or approval status; see the engineering-output disclaimer. Any design must be independently checked by a suitably qualified engineer before it is relied on.
